How the event runs

1. Players join the call, the host runs an icebreaker while everyone gathers.

2. The host explains the rules of the first station and randomly splits people into rooms.

3. After 15 minutes the rooms close, the groups are reshuffled — and a new game begins.

4. This repeats 4–5 times.

No prep needed: the HR manager or team lead plays alongside everyone rather than running the event.
